[P50 Pro Ultra] Loud noise

Last edited by VA127276 on 2026-2-21 13:01

It started to make this very loud weird noise, like it is flapping something inside or something is loose, i recently removed the conventional items to get cleaned and put it back, everything seemed fine, but i have this noise now, very hard to run it at night. Does anyone knows what could it be?

Hello,

Please remove the side brush, the main brush cover, and the main brush or mop pads from the bottom of the robot, then start the robot and observe.

If the operating noise returns to normal:

1.Install the side brush first and start the robot. If abnormal noise occurs, check whether the side brush is deformed.

2.On a new device, the rubber strip on the main brush cover may rub against the floor. Please continue using it a few times to observe whether the noise disappears.

3.If the noise appears after installing the main brush, please remove the main brush and check whether there is any entanglement at both ends. When reinstalling the cover, ensure all four sides are properly aligned.

If the noise does not return to normal after removing the side brush, main brush, main brush cover, and mop pads:

1.Turn off the robot. Press down both sides of the driving wheels and slide them to check whether they can rotate freely and bounce back after releasing. Clean them thoroughly.

2.Rotate the universal wheel to check whether it moves smoothly. If not, please clean it.

3.If the filter component has been washed with water, please ensure it is completely dry before use.A wet filter may cause abnormal noise during operation.
