I just got the P10 and I have a shag carpet in the living room and 2 doormats. The robot is mopping the rugs and it has a hard time getting onto the shag rug. I marked it in the app but is there something else I can do?
Our device does not support cleaning carpets with pile longer than 2 centimeters. This may cause the cleaning path of the robot to become erratic and lead to hair getting tangled in the robot's wheels, affecting the device's performance and lifespan.
We recommend using a handheld vacuum cleaner to clean the carpet separately.
