How do i clean a room on a floor level that is not the same as the dock?

Hello just got a Pro Ultra50 and I'm frustrated.  I'm trying v to get it to clean a step down room thst is not on the same floor as the dock.  It leeks saying returning to wash?  I have tried everything.  Love this robot but not near as easy as a roomba to set up and use.  Any help is appreciated

Hello,

Please disable the "Auto-wash" setting in the base station. Then, manually move the robot back to the base station to activate the mop cleaning task when needed.

Once all cleaning tasks are completed, the robot will return to its starting position. You can manually move it back to the charging dock for recharging.
