Full disclosure: I received the MOVA Z60 through their “Get and Create” Program which is an incentive program to test and try out their new product for free and uploading images and videos of the Z60 in action. I wanted to truly see how much of an upgrade it was in comparison to MOVA’s S20 Ultra, which i’ve had for over a year now and it still works great
The initial set up:
Setting up took less than 20 minutes, with clear and concise instructions provided in the packaging and also the app when pairing the two. I wanted to see how it compared to the S20 in regards to utilizing the app, and the Z60 offers more detailed cleaning preferences and other settings as well, which is great. Also, the Z60 itself came preinstalled with the roller brush set as well as the mop roller. The packaging provided extra brushes and mop rollers as well which is a steal! The base station already had a dust bag pre installed, with the extras also coming with the package.
Using the app:
The app is very user friendly. I prefer to have my robot vacuum on a daily schedule to clean while i’m away at work. It has the same custom settings as the S20, so i was easily able to make a cleaning schedule. Rearranging the rooms and mapping was very simple as well, also similar to the S20. The differences i’ve noticed in the app between the two are the more detailed cleaning preferences for the Z60, like “Intelligent Stain Cleaning” and I’m still testing different settings and playing around with the app to really get a feel for how it compares.
Overall Experience:
So far, I’d give the Z60 a 10/10. I’ll be uploading more videos and testing on carpet and hardwood floors with different stains and debris. This really is way better than Shark, from which i’ve heard complaints of how they degrade quickly within a year. My S20 Ultra still holds up pretty well even after using it daily for over a year. I have high hopes for the Z60 and am excited to keep testing it!
