[MOBIUS 60] Won't dock

Twice in the last week it stops right in front of the base at the end of cleaning and dies.   I moved the base away from the wall and it changed nothing.   Thoughts?

Hello,

During the cleaning process, please make sure that the robot starts its task from the base station, and check whether the LDS laser sensor on the top of the robot is rotating normally.

The base station needs to be placed against a wall. We recommend placing the base in a relatively open area and ensuring that there are no obstacles within 1.5 meters in front of it and 0.5 meters on both sides.
Keep it away from sources of signal interference, such as routers or televisions, and avoid placing it directly opposite reflective surfaces like mirrors or windows.

Please also check whether the main wheels are slipping or getting stuck while the robot is cleaning.

If the above issues have been ruled out, please open the robot’s top cover and press and hold the reset button for 3 seconds to restart the robot. After that, move the base station to an open area and try again.

If the base station has been moved, please manually dock the robot with the base station first, and then start the cleaning task from the base.

Same thing keeps happening with mine. I moved the base slightly to vacuum behind there (this prevents any insects from nesting back there) and ever since- the vacuum will not dock

Hello, After the base station has been moved, you will need to manually dock the robot with the base station. Once they are properly aligned, the robot will be able to locate the base station again.
