Mops Are Lost

Both mop pads are lost somewhere in my house. Anyone else has this happen. What can I do to find them? I have used only a few times. Thanks

Interesting. Those mop pads are stuck on pretty dang well. I’ve personally never had one come off. No way to find them except to hunt! Was it just the pad or the whole unit that attaches to the pad too?

Sorry to hear your mop pads went missing. They normally shouldn’t detach during cleaning.  

Here are a few things you can try:

1. Check the areas where the robot usually docks, including under furniture.

2. Look along the cleaning path or any spots where the robot may have bumped or lifted slightly.

3. Make sure the mop holders are properly clipped in, as loose pads can fall off.

If you still can’t find them, you may need to order replacement pads or contact customer support for assistance.
