My robot is not dispensing detergent when mopping.

Hello,

Have you enabled the “Use cleaning solution for mopping” option in the base station settings?If not, please turn on this feature first.

If you have already enabled this option, we recommend shaking the dirty water tank after the mop pads have been cleaned and checking if there is foam inside. If you see foam, it means the base has automatically added the cleaning solution.

The reason you feel the cleaning solution hasn’t been used might be because the amount added is relatively small, so the change is not very noticeable.

If I take the dispenser for detergent out of the dock, it does not show that it’s missing so it shows that it’s in there when it’s not even connected to the dock

Again, I’ve mopped probably 30 times and no solution has come out of the tank at all. It hasn’t used any.

I also am having the same issue.  No detergent being dispensed.
