I’m back again with another post about my experiences trying out the Z60 via Mova’s #GetYourZ60 campaign. I’m still loving the Z60 so far, and as I’ve continued using it, there have been some features that have stood out to me in particular. One of those is the retracting LIDAR sensor tower.
As you can see in my video, I have several low-clearance areas in my apartment. The Z60’s ability to retract its sensors so it can fit under lower spaces has proven really valuable to me. It makes my life a lot easier to not have to deal with getting on my hands and knees to get into those low-to-the-ground spaces.
This feature is especially valuable on a robot with a roller-type mop, like the Z60. Robots with roller mops are typically thicker due to the added components, water tanks, etc. that are needed. I was worried that the Z60 might be a little too thick to get under some of those areas in my home, but with the retracting sensors, I don’t have to worry. The retracting mechanism seems very solid and well-made too.
I’ve been loving how easy the Z60 makes it to get my floors really clean, and I’m excited to keep trying it and discovering other features like this. Stay tuned!
