New Feature: Let’s Dream!

I am kinda of hesitant between one and two and here are my thoughts:
1. Auto-Start When You Leave
Love this! Super practical. The robot could save people the hassle of scheduling and make sure cleaning happens exactly when the house is empty.
2. House Patrol Mode
Really interesting concept. Using the robot as a low-key home monitor while you’re away could be a fun bonus feature, especially if it moves at random times to stay unpredictable.
3. Spill Detection
I like the idea, but I wonder about tricky situations like broken glass or tiny particles. The robot might struggle to clean them safely, so it might need some extra safety logic before rushing in.
4. Lost Item Finder
Creative, but probably hard to implement fully. People often misplace things on tables or counters, which the robot can’t reach. Could still be handy for items that fall on the floor, though.

Thinking deeper about that, I actually have some ideas as well:

Air Quality Scout Mode
Samples the air for dust, pollen, smoke, or odors, sending alerts or triggering connected air purifiers.


Seasonal Hair Tracker
Monitors pet hair accumulation by season or shedding cycle and adjusts cleaning frequency automatically in high-hair zones and notifies the owner. As a pet owner, sometimes we don’t feel it the same as the robot that.

Interactive Feedback Mode
Sends funny or helpful messages during cleaning — “Oops! Too many crumbs here!” — making it feel like a playful assistant, maybe even in famous people’s voices and/or manners.

Fresh Home Scent Mode
While vacuuming, the robot slowly releases a gentle, pleasant scent — like linen, citrus, or lavender — leaving the house smelling clean and fresh as it goes. It’s a simple upgrade that combines cleaning and aromatherapy in one seamless motion.
