First Disappointment

Although the Z60 has been exceeding my hopes, there was a couple of disappointments in this cleaning event. As pictured, it left behind dog hair in a bedroom and crumbs under the kitchen cabinets. I’ll be increasing the suction power from standard to intense for the hair. I’m yet to find a solution to the crumbs as the unit will not go under the kick plate edge in spite of the adequate height.

We recommend checking whether the exhaust outlet of the dustbin is blocked by lint or hair.  

If so, please try removing the debris manually, as this may affect the fan’s performance and prevent hair from being properly suctioned.

In addition, we suggest increasing the frequency of cleaning and auto‑emptying to reduce hair buildup.

For the issue of debris left under the kitchen cabinets, please wipe the robot’s right-side edge sensor with a soft, dry cloth and ensure that the sensor is not obstructed by any objects.

Next, please turn off the collision‑avoidance mode:

Tap the three dots in the upper‑right corner → Floor Cleaning Settings → Collision‑avoidance mode

At the same time, in the “Edge & Corner Cleaning Settings,” set the mop and side brush extension frequency to “High.”  

After enabling these settings, please check if the mop can now extend underneath the cabinet area.
