The Z60 is actually great for this because it's predictable. It navigates smoothly around her even when he decides to get up and move to a new spot, which happens pretty often. It doesn't get frustrated or "panic" when she suddenly moves in front of it; it just adjusts its path and keeps cleaning. It’s handled the transitions between the hardwood and the rugs perfectly, even with a moving target in the room. If you have pets who treat the vacuum like a rival, the Z60 at least makes the interaction pretty painless.
