One feature I did not think much about at first on the MOVA Z60 was the washboard inside the base station, but after a few cleaning runs it has been surprisingly impressive. In the first photo you can see what it looks like before the self clean cycle. After mopping my floors multiple times it had a good amount of dirt and hair from everyday use that doesn’t get sucked up into the dirty water tank, especially with a multiple dogs. Once I ran the self cleaning cycle, the difference was pretty noticeable. The second photo shows the washboard after the system rinsed everything out. Most of the debris and residue that was sitting there beforehand had been flushed away and the washboard looked much cleaner without any effort on my end.
Compared to the MOVA P10 Pro, this process is much more hands free as that one requires you to wash the board manually with a brush and then push the dirty water towards the suction while Mova is not docked. With the MOVA Z60 the base actually suctions the dirty water back up during the cleaning cycle which removes most of the debris automatically. It feels like a much more seamless hands free approach to maintaining the dock between cleaning runs.
