The robot is designed to automatically return to the dock for charging when the battery level drops below 15%. If it fails to do so, the issue may be caused by one of the following:
1. Unable to locate the dock: Please ensure the dock has not been moved and that there are no obstructions around it.
2. Obstructed return path: Check whether there are any cables, clutter, or other obstacles along the return route.
3. Sensor issues: If the bumper sensor or laser sensor is blocked by dust or debris, it may affect navigation. Please clean these components as needed.
4. Narrow passageways: If furniture is placed too closely together, or if no-go zones or virtual walls are set too tightly, the robot may not be able to return to the dock properly.
We recommend checking the above conditions and cleaning the sensors or adjusting furniture and no-go zones as needed.
Please note that the return-to-dock battery threshold is fixed at 15% and cannot be manually adjusted.
