Battery no good

I bought a Mova Pizza ultra in September 2025. It is now March and the battery is completely dead and will not charge. I asked for a replacement and I’m being told I need to send the whole robot back via prepaid label which leaves me without my $500 vacuum for who knows how long. Why does a battery only last 6months & why can’t you just send me a replacement battery???

At the moment, the battery of the vacuum robot is not user‑replaceable, and opening the device on your own may void the warranty. The charging issue may be caused by a battery malfunction, but it could also be related to wiring or contact problems.
