Mova Z60 Review

We received our Mova Z60 about a month ago and were very excited to try it out, but unfortunately it has been a disappointment overall.

To start with the positives, the vacuuming performance is very good and does a solid job picking up debris. The obstacle avoidance is also excellent, and it navigates around objects very well. One feature we really appreciate is the built-in light, which turns on when cleaning in darker areas or at night and helps the robot detect obstacles more accurately. Another great feature is the extendable mop arm, which allows the mop to reach along edges and corners that most robot vacuums typically miss.

However, the mopping performance is where the Z60 really falls short. After every mopping cycle it leaves large puddles of water on the floor, even hours after the robot has finished cleaning. It also leaves water streaks and visible soap residue, which defeats the purpose of having an automated mop.

For comparison, we also own the Mova P10 Pro Ultra, and it consistently does a much better job mopping without leaving puddles or residue.

We reached out to Mova multiple times to confirm whether we may have received a defective unit, but unfortunately never received a response.

Given the significantly higher price (nearly three times the cost of the P10 Pro Ultra), we expected much better performance. At this point, it’s hard to justify the price when another model from the same brand actually performs better.

Overall, while the Z60 has great obstacle avoidance, strong vacuuming, useful lighting for dark rooms, and a clever edge-mopping design, the poor mopping performance and lack of customer support make it difficult to recommend, especially at this price point.

Hello, thank you for using and testing our equipment.

Regarding the water accumulation and cleaning solution residue on the device, please troubleshoot using the following methods:

1. Check if the main unit's wastewater tank is properly installed. Insert the wastewater tank; when you hear "Wastewater tank installed," it is correctly installed.

2. Check if you are using official MOVA cleaning solution. Using other brands of cleaning solution or wood floor conditioner may cause excessive foaming during mopping. This foam may flow out through the vent at the bottom of the main unit, resulting in foam or dripping water during mopping.

3. Check if you are using mop cloths purchased from official MOVA channels. Avoid using third-party mop cloths, as they may cause uneven water penetration, resulting in dripping water or product foam.

If these issues are ruled out, then the device is most likely faulty.

Regarding the issue of the after-sales team not responding, could you please send us a private message with the email address you used when contacting the after-sales team? We will investigate. Thank you very much for reporting this issue to us. Please rest assured, we will assist you.
