P10 ultra pro leaking water

We got ours yesterday and I noticed when it’s in the base station it is leaking clean water and not sure if it’s coming out of the robot or out of the tank itself. But if I left it on my floor it’d definitely ruin it

Hello, water leakage at the base station is largely related to the sealing of the wastewater tank. We suggest you follow these steps to ensure a tight seal when pumping wastewater:

1. Remove the cleaning tray and check for blockages in the wastewater drain outlet. Clean it promptly and wipe the overflow sensor on the cleaning tray.

2. Open the wastewater tank cover and check if the sealing ring is loose or deformed. Manually reset it if necessary and wipe it clean with a cloth.

3. After emptying the wastewater, ensure the wastewater tank clips are properly installed.

4. After placing the wastewater tank into the base station, gently press it down to ensure it is properly installed.

5. Ensure the cleaning tray is properly installed; otherwise, leakage may occur.
