Battery life far below advertisement

I just got our robot on Wednesday. It was advertised to run "up to" 198 minutes. I'm getting nearly half that with factory settings, 106 minutes, before returning to the dock to recharge. And because we just got it, this is presumably before natural battery degradation occurs. Is this normal? Part of why I got this product was for the battery life.

In actual use, factors such as room layout complexity, floor type, furniture arrangement, and indoor temperature may all influence battery performance, so some variation from the lab results is to be expected.
