What's your Z60's name?

What’s your Z60’s name? I have to admit, when I saw someone name theirs “Dirty Harry,” I genuinely laughed out loud. There’s something perfect about a robot vacuum with a tough‑guy name, like it’s rolling around the house squinting and whispering, “Go ahead… make my day,” or "A man has got to know his limitations!"

In our house, we went in a very different direction. We named our MOVA robots “Tia” and “Emo.” Both names mean “Aunt,” but in two different languages--Spanish and Korean--which felt fitting since they’re basically the hardworking aunties who quietly clean up after everyone. And “Emo” has that bonus meaning of a person who dresses in dark clothing, which also fits the black sparkle color vibe of the Z60 robot.

On a more technical note, I was just about to start a cleaning task when the app popped up with a firmware update notification version 4.3.9_3505. The download and installation took roughly 7 minutes from start to finish. The update notes were claims to have “fixed the known bug” and “optimized the cleaning performance,” but doesn’t elaborate on what bug or what kind of optimization. I’ve been combing the web trying to find any additional details or user reports about what actually changed under the hood.

If anyone has insight — or if your Z60 suddenly started behaving differently after the update — I’d love to hear it.

Disclaimer: MOVA sent me this Z60 as part of their Get & Create event #GetYourZ60
