Based on your description, the issue may be due to a loose power cable connection or an unstable power supply from the outlet. We recommend checking that the power cord is fully inserted and trying a different, stable outlet. If the base station remains unpowered for an extended period, the robot will not be able to charge, and the battery level will continue to drop. When not charging, the device may automatically shut down after approximately 12 hours in standby mode.
Regarding the navigation lag and low cleaning efficiency, we suggest the following:
1. Place the robot in a well-lit, open area and perform a new mapping process.
2. Avoid using the robot on dark-colored floors or in areas with strong lighting, as these may affect navigation performance.
