Note: I received this product at no cost as part of Mova's Z60 "Get & Create" Program.

Update 3/24/26: MOVA got back to me. I was correct that the issue was the website timestamp not matching my local timezone. They reviewed everything and initiated a refund! I'm thankful that MOVA was able to get this resolved as it was a bit stressful and frustrating to have put in the work and have this happen. Despite this, I look forward to hopefully testing more MOVA products in the future.

Update 3/23/26 Part 2: I was able to track down the correct email address through a Google search: na.site.official@mova-tech.com. If you have any issues or have questions about the Get & Create program, then please email this address for help!

Update 3/23/26: MOVA has commented to give me an email to send for a review. I have sent that email, and the email address MOVA gave was undeliverable. I'll update you all when I hear back and get the email to the right place. I'm confident that MOVA will do the right thing and will see the issue that I'm sure others might run into as well. I've been so impressed with my Z60, and I look forward to providing more feedback once this matter is resolved.

Hey everyone,

Just a heads up that I posted the three required video posts and actually did seven instead of five picture posts of my real experience with the Mova Z60. The robot was delivered on Feb. 16th and the posts were completed by March 17th (within the total 30 day period required). However, I just received an email that Mova has charged me the full price of the vacuum (I thought it was a spam email at first!). I called the support line, and the representative was unable to help me. However, the support agent (who was kind and easy to understand) said he would escalate my issue, and I should hear back within around 48 hours. I just wanted to post this in case others might have the same issue as well!

I wonder if perhaps Mova miscounted days since the delivery and posts were done in Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) in the United States. If they use EDT for the delivery and use a day ahead timezone for 30nday period, then it is effectively a 29 day period starting on day of delivery.

Thanks, Trent. I haven't heard back yet (it's been over 48 hours at this point!). However, I think that they counted the posts as a day later in a different time zone which would explain the issue.

Oh boy I hope this gets figured out for you. On my side I do see most of the posts were on 3/18 so that might be the reason since it's more than a month from delivery, regardless I hope MOVA understands your situation and appreciates your contribution nonetheless!

Right, but in my timezone, it was still 3/17. I think that's why there was an issue!

Sorry to hear that, TylerP.  While I am not at the end of my trial yet, I reached out to MOVA to avoid any unexpected charges.  I am hopeful that MOVA is playing fair.  TLDR: I still don't know what's going on.

Here's a portion of my second email to MOVA Support (support@mova-tech.com) since the first reply was just a reposting of the Event Rules.

My question is: How can all required checks — verifying posts, confirming compliance, deciding whether to charge, and determining return eligibility — realistically happen on the same day without any prior confirmation from your team?

Since there is no review or feedback during the trial, I want to understand how I can be certain that everything is complete and acceptable before Day 30 arrives. I’m simply trying to avoid any unexpected charges.

I cut and pasted Support's reply when addressing the BNPL team.

Reference MOVA support: Once you have completed the check-in, you can contact the dedicated team responsible for BNPL for review. After the review is completed, they will automatically cancel it. (meaning the payment)

Based on our records, the product arrived date is considered the first day of your trial period.
Accordingly, your trial period is scheduled to conclude on 04/02/2026

During this period, we will not intervene in, review, or assess whether your content meets specific requirements, as we aim to provide you with ample creative freedom.
However, in addition to adhering to the guidelines outlined in the rules, we kindly advise the following:
Please try to avoid repetitive topics.
Please make an effort to align your work with the commitments stated in your application form.

We got lots participants from this Program, and everyone's trial starting date is different; that's why we have to track and check content on the last day of trial, to decide whether cancel the auto-payment manually.

Your trial ending date is 04/02/2026 。
If you are not charged on the trial end date, this means you have successfully met all program requirements.
If you are charged, this indicates that either your submitted content did not meet the program requirements, or the return process was not initiated within the trial period.
Should you have any questions regarding why your content was deemed non-compliant, please contact us at na.official.site@mova-tech.com. We will review your specific case and provide further clarification.

BTW,
Our Forum operator shared some of your posts and we've come across your posts, must say - insane! Great work!

Best Regards,
The MOVA Team

Yeah, I'm think it's a time zone issue as I posted most of my posts on 3/17 eastern daylight time, but that post isn't in my timezone and said they happened on 3/18. However, timezone shouldn't be a p

Regarding submissions and per MOVA's offical rules:

Mandatory Channel Rule for Private Accounts
• The use of Instagram is permitted only if your Instagram account is set to PUBLIC. If your account is private, you are required to use the MOVA Forum for all task submissions. Submissions from a private Instagram account will not be accepted or reviewed.

It was explained to me by MOVA, when I reached out for clarification, that we didn't have to post to IG if our accounts were private, which mine is.

TylerP, thank you for the update and congratulations on your "new" Z60!  This puts my mind at ease as I near the end of my trial.  I will double check all my postings and ensure there are plenty of submissions well prior of the deadline.  Cheers, JayVeBee
