[Z60 Ultra] Z60 Ultra Roller Mop Dispenses Too Much Water on Lowest Setting

Hi everyone,
I’ve noticed that my MOVA Z60 Ultra roller mop dispenses a lot more water than expected even when set to the lowest setting. It makes the floor quite wet and harder to clean properly. Has anyone else experienced this or have suggestions on how to fix it? Any tips or advice from the MOVA team would be appreciated!

I would contact support, I have mine set to the middle which is level 16 and it’s not even nearly that wet at all.

I reached out to support and hopefully they will reply soon. I also notice there is water dripping out from the roller while the wetness setting at the lowest. Maybe I received a lemon

Hello,

We recommend removing the small dirty water tank from the robot, cleaning it thoroughly, and then trying again. At the same time, please also remove the roller and clean the dirty water outlet promptly.

Hope this helps.
