My girlfriend had just decided to swap out the normal rug we have had here for years to this thicker pink carpet recently and I was worried that the MOVA Z60 would be unable to handle it, but that was not the case. No it does not clean this rug as fast as my other rugs, but I am just happy it is able to clean it as I have avoided high pile rugs in the past due to some robots not being able to move at all. Luckily with this mova you are able to modify the cleaning setting for each individual carpet in your home so for this specific rug I have it set to raise the chassis making it the only robot I have that can do this successfully. I also turn off the side brush on this rug otherwise it will tangle in the rug. And as you can tell my cat is pretty much unfazed by the Z60, he was afraid of the roombas I have had in the past but the z60 is much quieter than those.
