Ground Scrubber

How Quiet Is the MOVA Z60 Ultra Roller Complete in Real Use?

Product Name
MOVA Z60 Ultra Roller Complete (Ground Scrubber)

Quick Rating for
⭐ 4.7 / 5

Introduction
I mentioned in a few of my previous posts that the Z60 runs quietly, but I hadn't actually shown it with real audio until now. This time, I recorded a cleaning run in my office and kept the original sound, so it is easier to judge how it performs in a normal setting.

What the Product Claims
The Z60 is designed to operate at lower noise levels than traditional robot vacuums, while still maintaining strong cleaning performance.

How I Tested It
This was tested during a normal cleaning cycle in my office area.

• Standard vacuum cleaning mode
• Daytime use while working
• No changes to default sound or power settings
• Observed both sound level and pet reactions

Results and Experience
During the cleaning cycle, the first thing that stood out was how consistent and low the noise level was. It is not silent, but it blends into the background much more easily than my other robot vacuums.

I was able to continue working without it becoming distracting from a noise standpoint. The only distraction was occasionally watching it move around, which is more of a curiosity thing than anything related to sound.

Compared to my Shark, Vortex, the difference is noticeable. Vortex has a stronger, more traditional vacuum sound that tends to draw attention, while Ground Scrubber runs at a lower and less intrusive level.

My dog Allie’s reaction was also telling. She usually avoids robot vacuums, especially the louder ones, but this time she stayed in the room. At one point, the robot got a little too close for her comfort, and she gave it a look that clearly said she was not a fan of that moment, but she did not leave the room or panic.

That is a big difference compared to how both dogs react to Vortex, where they tend to clear out pretty quickly once it starts running.

Pros
• Noticeably quieter than typical robot vacuums
• Does not disrupt work or normal activity
• Sound profile is less harsh and easier to ignore
• Pets are less reactive compared to louder vacuums

Cons
• Still audible, especially in quieter rooms
• Movement can be visually distracting even if the sound is not

Overall, the Z60 lives up to the claims about being quiet. It is not silent, but it is much easier to live with during everyday use compared to the other robot vacuums I have used.
